Club Night 12/27/22

Club Night 12/27/22 First run at Xenos Rampant All our battles will be set in the Hammer’s Slammer’s universe (I have to say that I like the “Rampant” system but I had questions about all the special rules) This is just a basic fight to get to know the rules 4 players with each player handing 24 points of troops Side 1 ELF(Earth Liberation Front; these are the real crazy’s of all my forces.  They believe that earth is being controlled by aliens.  For them it is shoot first and don’t ask any questions. (All infantry are double size) 4 units of Berserk Infantry with Demolitions and High-Powered Blades 2 unit of Light Infantry with Armor-Piercing and Heavy Weapon 1 Fighting Vehicle; wheeled 1 Fighting Vehicle; Flying Side 2 Hells Hussars(a cavalry unit with wheeled vehicles) 2 units Light Infantry(Bazooka) 2 units Light Infantry(Heavy Weapon) 2 unit Elite Infantry 2 Fighting Vehicles ELF moved quickly to the center of board.  Each force covering one half of the board. Ogre Mech

 What to do with MechWarrior Darkage troops when you get tired of playing the game.  My solution was to mash up Ogre and Mechs to make OgreMech.  This is what I can up with and have played it over the last few years at club game. 

Club Night 12-13-22 Lion Rampant 2ed

 Club Night 12/13/22 Lion Rampant 2ed. The scenario is A Gentle Stroll each had 2 commands of 24 points (Lego Style figures) Eastern Medieval style with war-wagons 1 unit of elite Knights 6 points 2 units of war-wagons 6 points each 3 units of heavy cavalry 4 points each 2 units of Bow Cavalry(light cav) 4 points each 1 unit of Elite Foot 6 points 1 unit of Russ Warriors(warriors a.k.a. berserkers) 4 points Vs Western Medieval style 4 units of Spears(Heavy Infantry) 4 points each 2 units of Crossbows 4 points each 3 units of Knights(Elite Cavalry) with fearsome 8 points each The defender is Eastern We modified the scenario a little.     The Eastern force could only have one unit from each force on the board and for the first two turns units had to role a 4 or better on one d6 to get on to the table.  This is to represent the idea of pickets standing watch and them sending a runner back to get the rest of the force to come up.     The Western force...
