Using Dragon Rampant rules

4 monster spiders
2 units of hungry alligators

2 units of Dwarven bore riders
1 unit of Berserkers
2 units of Handguns
2 units of heavy infantry

Pawpaw was the spiders and Olivia was the Dwarven commander.

It what can only be an expression of the greatest courage of this generation the two units of riders rode out to what they surely believed to be their end.  They faced off against the spiders and with their last breathe were killing the foul beast.

The riders weakened the spiders so when the Berserkers and heavy infantry came forward the spiders were to weak to stand against the brutal force the Dwarves could had out.

A clear victory for the Dwarves

Troll Battle

Some days are more scary then others and this one is a scary day.  Lieutenant Paul and his band of 30 heavy foot have been tasked with driving 3 trolls out of the swamp lands.  Assisting the Lt. is a small group of 10 light bow and 10 light infantry.  As it turns out those shooters will prove pivotal.  Once the tolls saw our force they began moving to attack us. Going into wet swamps is not what most of the heavy foot signed up for and they were reluctant to move forward but the light infantry love this terrain.  Moving till they came in range the light archers began a devastating fire on the leading troll causing him to halt in confusion to let the rest of his friend come into the fight.   At this point the leader of the trolls sprang into action but he to fell afoul of the archers and became confused about what was going on. Friendly Table Game Club Regular 4th Tuesday night of the month meeting. What I call Carthaginians vs Serbians Carthaginians are a mix of late bronze age and classic Ancients. Greeks, Philistines, Auxilia, Light Chariots and elephants Serbians are late medieval It is a close game with us ending the night with the game very much in the balance. The Serbians have lost a cataphrat Lancer unit and 2 crossbow units. The Carthaginians have lost an elephant and an Auxilia. On the Carthaginian right their ram cavalry have a break through but that also puts the Serbian heavy knights in a good place to intercept them. The Serbian right is a mess.
